About this category
This award recognises an individual recruitment consultant whose placements, client relationships and candidate care over the last twelve months stand out. Judges look for results, the quality of placements and how the entrant treats the people on both sides of the hire.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures and, where possible, client, candidate or colleague evidence. Client and candidate names must not be disclosed without consent: describe placements in anonymised terms, and give commercially sensitive figures as percentages or ranges. Nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Judges consider the size of the business or team, so smaller agencies compete on equal terms.
