This award recognises an RPO or managed service provider that has transformed hiring for a client. Judges look for measurable improvements in hiring, partnership and the experience given to candidates.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures and, where possible, client, candidate or colleague evidence. Client and candidate names must not be disclosed without consent: describe placements in anonymised terms, and give commercially sensitive figures as percentages or ranges. Nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Judges consider the size of the business or team, so smaller agencies compete on equal terms.
